We only Freeze Dry the freshest and highest quality products, because the quality at the end of the process is primarily determined by the quality at the beginning.

What is Freeze Drying ?

Freeze Drying uses a process called Sublimation.  This is the conversion between the solid and the gaseous phases of matter, with no intermediate liquid stage.  Sublimation is most often used to describe the process of snow and ice changing into water vapour in the air without first melting into water.  When used correctly with botanical items this process does not damage their structure or shape.

Long lasting and perfect in every detail, our freeze-dried flowers, arrangements and other products will amaze and thrill you for weeks and months - preserving nature at its very best.  When done properly Freeze Drying takes quite a long time but we endeavour to have freshly freeze dried products available most of the time.  For special orders please allow 6-8 weeks.
