Delivery Information
For orders received before 1:00pm we offer free next-day delivery for our luxury bouquets and designer flowers delivered in the UK (excluding some of the further reaches). Deliveries are made between 9:00am and 5:00pm Tuesday to Friday. Saturday delivery is available but at extra cost.
At extra cost, Sunday, Monday and same-day delivery is available to selected London postcodes.

Cancellation
Flowerstalk has a 24-hour cancellation policy for freeze-dried products, calculated from the time of ordering. For fresh products on a requested same day or next day delivery, it may not be possible to cancel without a charge for the work we have done.
If you have made an order for delivery after 24 hours and wish to cancel within 24 hours of ordering, we will be happy to refund all your money. In the instance that you cancel outside 24 hours, then unfortunately as we would have already processed the order; all charges paid will be deemed non-refundable.
