General Disclaimer
Please make sure you have read and understood our terms and conditions, as by placing an order online you will be deemed to have consented to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. Submitting your offer is subject to our acceptance of your offer. We will send an email to the address you have provided advising you of the fact that we are processing your order. We will not consider ourselves bound by the offer we have made until we have issued this email confirmation.
Please Note: Vases or other ornamental containers are not included in our prices unless stated
Floral Products
All floral products are subject to seasonal availability and occasionally nature's cruel finger of fate. If we experience difficulties with supply or if the flowers received we receive do not meet or exceed our very high standards, we reserve the right to substitute those items with an alternate product, of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.
Free Sample of Freeze Dried Petals
We offer a FREE sample service for freeze dried petals at Flowerstalk. We do this both because we understand our product may be new to you, and having never experienced the look and feel first hand of an actual ?freeze dried petal?. We also appreciate how crucial it is to select the appropriate colours for your special day or event, thus we offer a free sample. Note there is a small charge to cover administration and postage. The samples can be ordered from our Freeze Dried Petals section.
Cancellation
Flowerstalk has a 24hr cancellation policy for freeze-dried products, calculated from the time of ordering. For fresh products on a requested same day or next day delivery it may not be possible to cancel without a charge for the work we have done. If you have made an order for delivery after 24 hours and wish to cancel within 24 hours of ordering, we will be happy to refund all your money. In the instance that you cancel outside 24 hours, then unfortunately as we would have already processed the order; all charges paid will be deemed non-refundable.

Privacy and Security
Flowerstalk is committed to protecting our customers' privacy. We feel it is important that you completely understand our commitment to protecting your privacy and maintaining your security.
We will never share your personal information with anyone except where it is necessary to process your order - e.g. providing your delivery details to our delivery company.
We collect information about you for 2 reasons:
- To procees your order
- To provide you with the best possible service
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
- Your name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
We do not store your credit card details, they are handled directly and securely by our payment service provider Stripe. When you shop with us you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can read your card information. Pricing
All prices are quoted in UK Pound Sterling inclusive of VAT.
Payment
All online payments are carried out by PayPal, a secure online payment service which protects your information. All our online payments are free of charge. It is not possible to order without payment in advance.
Liability
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you/or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages however caused (including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, financial loss, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site. ("financial loss" in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description). Flowerstalk's liability in respect of all other losses shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant product, provided it has been paid for, less any administration charge.
The Flowerstalk.co.uk Site is provided by Flowerstalk without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet.
The Flowerstalk.co.uk Site may from time to time provide content from other Internet sites or resources and while Flowerstalk.co.uk tries to ensure that material included on the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site is correct and of high quality, it cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. Flowerstalk.co.uk will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site. If Flowerstalk.co.uk is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on our website could be mis-priced. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:
- Incompatibility of the Flowerstalk.co.uk site with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links
- Technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Flowerstalk.co.uk site
- Unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the Flowerstalk.co.uk site
- Inadequacy of the Flowerstalk.co.uk site to meet your requirements
Products are non-returnable unless we have made an error or the goods are faulty.
Quoted prices are valid only whilst stocks last, and quoted prices are not subject to value, cash or volume discounts.
Our acceptance of an order takes place on despatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order.

Advertising and Sponsorship
Part of the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site complies with relevant laws and codes. We will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
It is rare but it can happen that flowers arrive at their destination damaged or fail to arrive due to an unforeseen delivery issue. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please email us immediately on info@flowerstalk.co.uk so that we can try to resolve the problem. At our discretion we may:
- re-send on the next available delivery date; or
- offer full or partial refund (the refund value depends on the prevailing circumstances)
We will not normally offer both a refund and another delivery. Where flowers have been damaged we will ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem so that we can try to identify where the damage may have occurred. It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding any problems as a delay could mean there is little we can do to rectify the situation. At worst we need to be informed of any issues within 3 days of delivery to give us the best chance of successfully resolving the problem. At our discretion we may respond to problems raised after the 3 day deadline but we reserve the right to refuse a refund or another delivery of the order.
We would ask that you do not try to abuse our good nature and our satisfaction guarantee. If we consider an abuse is being attempted or we get persistent claims from the same source or a linked sources, we reserve the right to no longer accept their orders nor to refund or re-send. We will of course inform you of our suspicions, giving you the opportunity to explain your actions before we take further action.
Our guarantee of satisfaction relates to our overall service, and with the best will in the world cannot always translate to 100% refund or replacement. We will use our very best endeavours to provide you first class products with a first class service at all times.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
International Use
Flowerstalk.co.uk makes no promise that materials on the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing the Flowerstalk.co.uk Site from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
